Hello, my name is Bobby Jo Mangercina Baumann. For over 20 years I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist. I received a degree for massage Therapy from the NY College of Wholistic Health, Education and Research. I’ve earned numerous certifications in various neuromuscular and orthopedic massage techniques, and I am a certified Medical Massage Therapist. I have been licensed in NY, NC, MD, PA & DE, and I am Nationally Board Certified. In my practice – Kneaded Wellness Therapeutic Massage – I have extensive experience working with people having chronic pain from previous injuries such as car accidents or occupational strains to their bodies and athletes looking to perform better, recover from injury or prevent future injuries. Before getting licensed as a massage therapist for people I got my certification as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist. As a lifelong horsewoman it is very rewarding to see the positive changes that I can help horses and their owners with by doing hands-on bodywork.

I’ve always had an interest in fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. This led me to want to have more solutions for my clients beyond what massage therapy could provide. Starting in 2018 I became a certified Holistic Health Coach, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified Personal Trainer, certified Nutrition Coach & Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I then discovered Postural Alignment Therapy while searching for solutions to the imbalances and pain that I was having in my own body since none of my go-to therapies were helping much. I don’t know how I was unaware of this therapy before then, but I am so grateful that I found it! I was so amazed by the effectiveness of it that I knew that I wanted to help people have the life-changing experiences that I had. I became a certified Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS) through the Egoscue Institute, as well as a licensed PTX therapist.

I am originally from Long Island, NY and now reside in Maryland with my husband dogs, cats and horses.
